What's Happening at What'a U Smokin BBQ...
The upcoming season's competitions are getting lined up quick. It's going to be an amazing spring and summer. With three years of competitions already behind us as amateur competitors, we are now members of the KCBS and will now be competing in sanctioned events all over the midwest.
As we are still learning and adjusting to different events, the team is ready to smoke some serious ribs, pork, brisket and chicken. We have a great line up of competitions so check back for updated events.
