Chefs Colletta bring their award-winning* BBQ to competitions throughout the Midwest. The Chefs serve up incomparable chicken, ribs, pork, brisket, and event-specific specialties, each done with their unique blends of spices and herbs.
We've been planning out the summer's competitions and, with many locked in and several pending, this season is going to be amazing. We'd especially like to thank the organizers of the Jakie in June and Smokewood in the Oakwood competitions for their friendly invitations and great organization.
